I’m a big proponent of natural labor and childbirth. I believe that pregnancy and childbirth is a natural process, and every woman’s body has the innate knowledge to give birth safely and effectively.*
We’ve been isolated and removed from this process, and pregnancy has become something that is treated like an illness. We are no longer mentored by our ancestors who guided their daughters and granddaughters.
